Dried scallops are delicious eaten as is, but we also recommend using them in cooking.
If you have time, please refrigerate the scallops in plenty of water from the day before. The scallops will become plump and fluffy. (Estimated time: 24 hours).
If you are busy, you can quickly soak the fish in warm water for 10 minutes and then microwave it in a microwave oven (500w) covered with plastic wrap for 2 minutes.
The returned juice can be used as a delicious soup stock for cooking.
